Composite fabrications and repairs

We have over 20 years of experience in boat building and composite construction.  We have worked on many projects including Americas Cup, Volvo Ocean Race, Class 40, mini transat, foiling catamarans, foiling monohulls.  We also build masts, rudders, foils, bowsprits, in fact, every part of a boat you can think of.  Outside the yachting industry we have worked on wind turbine repairs, tidal turbines, model yachts and prototype aircraft seats.

We have a broad range of processes and skills at our disposal including pre preg, wet layup, resin infusion, thermoplastics, GRP, plug and mould fabrication, fairing and painting.
